V’s Barbershop - Algonquin Commons

Many have asked how I (Jim Valenzuela) came up with the idea of V’s. It was a place that we could go together and do more than get a hair cut.
The answer lies in my fond memories of going to the classic barber shops for a hair cut with my dad while growing up in Tucson, Arizona. I keenly remember the sights and smells of Nick’s Barbershop and the real experience of being a boy among men. It was a place that made lasting memories.

A great shave starts before the razor ever touches the skin🪒
The part everyone forgets to mention 🙌 Hot towel with our signature in house tonic, shoulder massage — every cut ends like this.
Showing up for our community. ❤️💈
This week, our team had the opportunity to provide free haircuts at a local back-to-school event, helping kids head into the new school year feeling fresh and confident.
A day filled with haircuts, food, games, backpacks, and plenty of smiles.
We're grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up for one another.
