Happy Mother's Day
I really hate to enforce this policy. I've had it but never really enforced it before today.
Over the last 2 weeks I've had over 2 dozen people cancel last second or just never showed up.
This is my living that pays not just my salon business bills but my families bills.
I understand life happens but I cant allow this to go on much longer.
With that being said I'll post the policy.
1st time- No call, no-show, or less than 24 hour notice= no charge
2nd time- Will be charged the current appr plus 1/2 of the missed appointment.
3rd time- Cost of current appt and full cost of missed appt.
4th time- Sorry I will no longer be accepting booked appts from you. Just walk in only.
I do understand emergencies happen. Just call when you can.
Thank you
Becky
