I have been very forgiving so far with cancelations... but with my schedule being very limited its upsetting when I get cancelations for higher priced services last minute.
From now on any service that is over $100 will now require a 25% non-refundable deposit to book your appointment time. Extension services require a consultation appointment to be done before i book your install appointment. All deposits can be made either through square or cashapp.
