So let’s do a quick 3-step reset together. You can do this tonight:

1. GENTLE BUFF: Don’t scrub hard. Use a gentle sugar scrub or exfoliating soap 2-3x a week to lift all that sunscreen and sweat buildup. This is what brings the glow back.

2. NOURISH IN THE SHOWER: Hot water + harsh soap = even drier skin. Switch to lukewarm water and a handmade soap with shea, coconut oil, or goat's milk. It cleans without stripping.

3. LOCK IT IN: While skin is still damp, seal it with a body butter or lotion. That damp-skin trick makes your lotion work 10x better.
