💚An Update on Shannon 💚

Many of you may remember last year’s Cut-A-Thon fundraiser we held at Pure Elements for our dear friend, Shannon.

We wanted to share an update with everyone who has continued to ask about her.

Shannon is now recovering from a successful liver transplant. While the kidney that was intended for transplant was unfortunately not viable after final testing, this liver transplant is a huge step forward. Once she has recovered, she’ll be eligible to receive a kidney transplant, and her medical team is hopeful she’ll finish this year with all of her “new” parts in place.

Please continue to keep Shannon, her family, her donor’s family, and her incredible medical team in your thoughts and prayers as she heals and prepares for the next step in her journey.

Thank you to everyone who shared her story and continues to support her. Your kindness has made a lasting difference, and we know it means the world to Shannon and her family.

Keep fighting, Shannon. We’re all behind you every step of the way. 💜💚 💪
