Yesterday was a busy yet beautiful day.
Finished my clients and headed to Cleveland with jada.amia to see aka IMEHO - we dont buy bots - all organic.

I thank God for this quality time I have with her.
I dont speak on the amount of resentment she must hold when it comes to my salon. The moments I had to choose finances over family fun time. And I do harbor alot of guilt.
So thank you for giving me a chance to make up for lost time.

How often should someone trim their hair to retain length?

My answer
Once every 3 months.
See our hair only grows 1/2 an inch monthly.
I like to get my clients to base it on the season's.
So when Sept hit, you start the fall season with healthy hair, but know when winter hit its time for another trim!
