We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Medical Assistant / Office Coordinator to join our team!

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with patients, communicates well, stays organized, has a passion for wellness, is both polished and professional in appearance, and can help keep both the clinical and administrative sides of a busy medical office running smoothly.

🩺 Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with patient care and rooming patients
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Answering phones and communicating with patients
• Managing paperwork, records, and office tasks
• Supporting providers and helping with day-to-day office flow

We’re looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, reliable, and a team player. Medical office/Medspa experience is preferred.

📍 Must be able to work in both locations
⏰ 4-5 days per week
💰 Pay variable based on experience
