✨ Appointment & Cancellation Policy ✨

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business owner, last-minute cancellations are extremely difficult to fill and directly impact my income. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time. 🤍

• 48-Hour Notice Required
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

• 24–48 Hour Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24–48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking a future appointment.

• Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice (including same-day cancellations) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, which must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

• 15-Minute Late Policy
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to have their appointment shortened or may be considered a no-show.

• No-Show Appointments
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service before rescheduling.

Thank you for supporting my small business and respecting the time I’ve reserved just for you. 🤍
