Congratulations to me, guys! ❤️

For years, Executive Field Chairman Kaolee Vang was proud to stand beside the late Chia Vang — the husband she called her superhero and the partner who helped her see what was possible. At LC26, she stepped forward to honor his memory and embrace the leadership now before her.

Kaolee’s journey began as a young girl selling candy to her classmates and working beside her family on the farm. It brought her to America, to a shared dream with Chia and, ultimately, to the responsibility of carrying that dream forward after his passing.

Today, Kaolee leads Team Conquer as its solo EFC and stands as a million-dollar earner in her own right. Her message was one expressing grief, but also faith and resolve: do not wait for perfect conditions or for someone else to give you permission. Find your voice, step up and lead.

Chia’s legacy will always remain at the heart of Team Conquer. Kaolee is carrying it into a new era, with the team they built beside her and with courage, love, and purpose.

CEO Ron Wheeler closed LC26 by looking back on 20 years of promises made and promises delivered.

Recalling how FFS stayed the course when times were difficult, Ron shared how Chairman Phil Gerlicher transformed the idea of equity sharing into a real restricted stock program, improved how agents are paid, and honored commitments to leaders and their families when life changed. Those promises became more than programs; they became the foundation of trust on which FFS was built.

But Ron’s final message was about the people behind it all: the agents whose stories filled all the Leaders Convention stages, the culture the leaders have created, and the Home Office team that works every day to make life in the field a little easier.

As our 20th Anniversary Leaders Convention came to a close, he reminded us that we are one team — and that there are still more promises to make and promises to deliver. Onward, FFS!
