EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

I am requiring a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. For all COLOR APPOINTMENTS that are cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour window will be subject to a 90% charge of the service total. All other appointments that are cancelled within the 48 hour window will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service total. A “no-show” on any appointment will be subject to a 100% charge of the service total scheduled.

I understand emergencies and illnesses happen and I am more than willing to work with clients under these circumstances. Every client has access to their appointment bookings and should utilize it as a priority for cancelling and rescheduling when scheduling conflicts arise.

This cancellation policy is to protect our staff and business, and to respect the time of our staff and clients alike.

For example, I have lost out on $395 from one client on their last two appointments because they have cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of their appointment. With such short notice it is almost impossible to fill the spots or adjust my schedule. Everyone goes to work with the intention of making money and getting paid. Service providers are no different. If anything we are out even more money when you factor in product and color, that is custom bought and formulated for specific clients. Late cancellations and “no-shows” also prohibit other clients from booking because the time slots are filled.
