A favorite dressage model! From the Stübben North America website 👇

The Aramis II Grand Prix saddle showcases refined elegance, enhancing the horse’s natural beauty with its streamlined design. Its slender appearance is achieved through a narrow flap and minimalistic construction.

This saddle features the innovative CH-panel, providing exceptional wither clearance and shoulder freedom for the horse. Our goal was to enhance the rider’s connection with the horse without sacrificing comfort, and the Aramis II Grand Prix delivers on this promise.

Equipped with new knee pads for superior comfort and support.
High and short blocks allow for free knee movement.
No break-in period required; the saddle adapts immediately to horse and rider.
Seamless seat design ensures uninterrupted riding comfort.

Possibly an unpopular opinion, but I’ve noticed a trend lately in bodyworkers acting as physical therapists. “Back pain? Do this and it’ll fix your horse!” Or adding practices they were never fully trained on.

What happened to equine massage therapists being.. massage therapists?

As a reminder bodyworkers (unless also a vet) cannot diagnose or treat.

I personally will advise people to stop riding and contact a vet for any concerns.

Don’t be afraid to ask for qualifications of someone working on your horse!

Does your saddle have wither clearance? Do you know how to tell if your saddle has wither clearance?

The saddle must have clearance on both the top AND sides of the wither. Any pressing on the wither (trapezius muscle) is detrimental to the horse.

Unsure? Message me to set up a saddle fitting or help find a trusting saddle fitter in your area!

Had such a great time at Sundance Farm Horse Trial ! Always look forward to this event yearly.

Thanks to everyone who stopped out and said hi or tried sitting in new saddles!

New Demo! It’s giving fall vibes 🍁🍂

Got a new demo in, Portos Elite forward flap. Of course I had to try it out myself 🤩 I might be ordering one of these!

Per Stübben:

This design promotes freedom of movement for the horse, allowing for a harmonious riding experience.
