South Sudanese preacher Prophet Peter Ayuel Deng, also known as Peter AD and founder of Stone International Church in Juba, has warned that prominent people in South Sudan will die between October and December this year.

In a video shared online, Peter AD claimed God told him that prominent South Sudanese leaders aged 55 and above would die during that period, with October being the most critical month.

According to him, October would be "the most ruthless month for politicians" and would "take most of them on a journey of no return."

He described it as a divine revelation about the nation's leadership.

750 RSF Rapid Support Forces who stationed in Basilia in Wau County of Western Bahr El Ghazal started moving to Juba yesterday evening, they are expected to arrive today late evening and they will be stationed at Moni Cantonment site Juba Terekeka road.

The RSF are said to have come to Juba to provide security for upcoming December 2026 elections as well as protection of Juba-Nimule and Juba-Bahr El Ghazal roads.

CENTRAL EQUATORIA GOVERNMENT PUSHES FORWARD WITH MAJOR JUBA ROAD PROJECT

Officials from the Central Equatoria State Government have inspected the ongoing Lou–Referendum Road Project in Juba to assess progress, ensure quality standards, and monitor implementation timelines.

Led by Hon. Latio Paul Abbas, State Minister of Roads and Bridges, the delegation engaged communities and business owners along the road corridor, calling for cooperation to remove encroachments and support timely completion.

The project, funded under the Presidential Special Program of H.E. Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit, is being implemented through collaboration between the Office of the Presidential Special Program, Central Equatoria State Government, and Juba City Council. It includes the Lou–Referendum Road, Airport Road, and Lou–Jebel Lodge corridor, with plans to extend road improvements into Juba City’s internal areas.
