I had the honour of decorating the Palki Sahib for a beautiful Sikh wedding. The Palki Sahib is the beautifully crafted wooden canopy shown in this video, it's where the Guru Granth Sahib, the sacred scripture and eternal Guru of the Sikh faith, is respectfully placed.
In this video, I also created a pair of wedding varmalas (floral garlands) to be used by the bride and groom during their wedding celebration, symbolizing love, respect, and their union in marriage.
It was a privilege to contribute to such a meaningful celebration while learning more about the beauty of Sikh traditions.
Sat Sri Akal 🙏 — a traditional Sikh greeting commonly understood to mean "Truth is Eternal." It is also interpreted as "God is the Eternal Truth" or "The Timeless One is the Ultimate Truth."
