The concept of rejuvenation in medical aesthetics is changing.

It’s no longer just about treatments that add volume; approaches that support skin quality, stimulate collagen production, and preserve a natural appearance are now taking center stage.

When it comes to rejuvenation, the focus is no longer solely on procedures that add volume; instead, approaches that support skin quality, improve skin texture, and preserve a natural appearance are taking center stage. In this post, where I share my perspective, current practices, and clinical experiences, I discuss the evolving concept of beauty in aesthetics and the shift from “volume to skin quality.” 🤍

Eskiden bazı anların özel olması için büyük sebepler gerektiğini düşünürdüm.
Şimdi ise mutluluğun çoğu zaman çok daha basit şeylerin içinde saklı olduğunu görüyorum. Güzel bir masa, uzun bir sohbet, içten bir kahkaha, acele etmeden geçirilen birkaç saat...

Hayatın en güzel tarafı belki de tam olarak bu; her şeyi mükemmel hale getirmeye çalışmadan, o anın içinde gerçekten bulunabilmek.

Bugünlerde biraz daha yavaşlamayı, biraz daha keyif almayı ve güzel anları biriktirmeyi seçiyorum. 🤍

I used to think that certain moments needed big reasons to be special.
Now, though, I see that happiness is often hidden in much simpler things: a beautifully set table, a long conversation, a heartfelt laugh, a few hours spent without rushing...

Perhaps that’s the most beautiful part of life—being able to truly be present in the moment, without trying to make everything perfect.

These days, I’m choosing to slow down a little, enjoy things a little more, and collect those beautiful moments. 🤍
