.‎هزینه آگاهی مسئولیت پذیری است

تاحالا به این فکر کردین که چرا بیشتر مردم فقط چیزها رو در سطح سطحی میشنون و هیچوقت واقعا یا کاملا اطلاعات رو در اختیار ندارن؟ یا چرا مردم می دونن چیکار باید بکنن ولی چیزی رو که میدونن انجام نمیدن؟
دلیلش اینه که هزینه داشتن یک آگاهی، بینش یا حقیقت جدید اینه که مطابق با آگاهی جدید زندگی کنی یا به خودت اعتراف کنی که یک نادان هستی. از اونجایی که به وضوح این کاری نیست که خیلی ها انجام بدن، پس هیچوقت به طور کامل این آگاهی رو به دست نمیارن. سیگاری‌ها میدونن که نباید سیگار بکشن، ولی داشتن این آگاهی، مسئولیت ترک سیگار رو به دوششان تحمیل میکنه. پس، صرف نظر از تعداد اخطارای روی بسته یا تصویرهایی که میبینن، هیچوقت اطلاعات واقعی رو جوری دریافت نمیکنن که روی رفتارشون تأثیر بذاره.

در حال حاضر از چه آگاهی هایی آگاه هستی، ولی راحت نادیده میگیری؟

هرکدوم از ما امیدواریم که مسیر زندگی‌مون به همون سمتی حرکت کنه که می‌خوایم، و به همون نتیجه‌ای برسیم که فکر می‌کنیم باید برسیم. با این وجود اگه زندگی اونجوری که می‌خوایم پیش نره، واکنش اول ما تلاش برای حل کردن اون مشکل هست تا کنترل زندگی‌مون رو به دست بگیریم و از خودمون در مقابل سختی‌ها و مشکلات محافظت کنیم. در این هیچ اشکالی وجود نداره، اما فقط تحت یک شرایط: استراتژی «حل مسئله» باید با یک استراتژی مخالف متعادل بشه: دونستن اینکه چطور به موقع موضوع رو رها کنی. عقلانیت واقعی، دونستن اینه که چه زمانی بجنگی … و چه زمانی چیزها رو رها کنی.
وقتی زندگی به سمت اشتباهات پیش میره، احساس دلسوزی، تلخی، بی ارزشی، یا حسادت نداشته باش. این حس‌ها دام‌هایی هستن که ذهنت به عنوان ابزاری برای جبران نارضایتی پیشنهاد ازشون استفاده می‌کنه.
متأسفانه، گاهی اوقات چیزهایی که ازشون می‌ترسی اتفاق میوفته؛ این واقعیت برای همه آدم‌ها یکسانه.

خب؟ می‌خوای دست از زندگی بکشی؟ البته که نه! پس می‌خوای چیکار کنی؟
همه کاری که می‌تونی انجام بدی، و کاری که باید انجام بدی، اینه: در لحظه حال زندگی کن! اون زندگی‌ای که می‌خوای و دنبالشی رو «زندگی کن». زمان حال تنها زمانیه که می‌تونی کارهایی رو در قبال زندگی‌ات و شرایط محیطی‌ات انجام بدی. گذشته‌ها گذشته، و آینده هنوز از راه نرسیده.
