ทิ้งเงามืดไว้เบื้องหลัง แล้วหันกลับมามองแสงสว่างในตัวเอง

ก้าวข้ามน้ำตาที่เคยท่วมท้นจนเกือบจม
แล้ววันหนึ่ง... เธอจะได้พบ
ว่ารักที่สวยงามนั้น... รออยู่ตรงนั้นมาตลอด

ไม่ใช่รักที่ต้องวิ่งไล่ตาม 🧡

รักนั้นอยู่ตรงนั้นเสมอ สำหรับคนที่คู่ควร

ตรงที่แสงแดดแตะแก้มเราเหมือนไม่เคยจาก

ความทรงจำไม่เคยหายไปไหน
มันแค่รอให้เราหยิบขึ้นมากอด
เหมือนหยิบผ้าห่มผืนเก่าที่อุ่นที่สุด
มาคลุมใจที่กำลังสั่น

ไม่ต้องลืมความเจ็บ
แค่ให้สิทธิ์ความสุขได้พักอยู่ในใจบ้าง
เพราะการเยียวยา...
คือการอนุญาตให้ตัวเอง "คิดถึงสิ่งดีๆ" ได้อย่างปลอดภัย💕

หายใจเข้าลึกๆ นะ
ทุกความทรงจำดี คือยา

อย่าเป็นคนเขลาที่ดึงดันยึดติดกับความผิดพลาด
หรือยึดถือทิฐิไว้ ในวันที่โลกหมุนผ่านไปข้างหน้าแล้ว

จงเลือกที่จะอ่อนโยนแม้ในยามที่คุณเข้มแข็ง
ให้เกียรติผู้อื่น และเปิดรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้วยใจที่สว่างไสว

ปล่อยให้ความรักได้พบคุณในแบบที่อ่อนโยน ทว่าแข็งแกร่งและเป็นอิสระ
