Made Mindfully by Wishcraft

TIL today: My 100's of notes are all blue frequency.

Creators don't need more ideas. We need one White Page that controls the 100 blue ones.

This is how I'm building the Literacy Library Edition — one character lock, one ritual shot, one rule.

Write it once. Photograph it. Go to the garden. She is waiting.

The Controlling Document method. More soon.

This is what the last few months have looked like.

Blue.

Hanging from trees.

In my hands.

On my skin.

In trance, mostly.

I didn't plan to go this deep. I thought I was making content about skin.

But blue took me somewhere else.

22 years in wound care taught me that tissue doesn't heal when you force it. It heals when it feels safe enough to rebuild.

Blue is that signal.

Calm down.

You can repair now.

These bottles you see swinging here in my Hua Hin garden — this isn't GHK-cu.

This is my art. Butterfly pea, water, mica, light. My blue frequency props.

I film with them because my nervous system exhales when I see them.

And yours does too.

For months I've been living in this question:

What if skincare isn't a formula?

What if it's a frequency? A ritual?

A 90-second pause where you choose yourself again?

That's Wishcraft.

That's the trance I've been in.

In my treatment room, I work with real actives. Clinical.

Here, in the trees, I work with color. Ritual.

Two things are true.

If you've felt this blue lately too — you are not alone.

With love from the garden,
Linda

Artistic representation.

These hanging bottles are ritual props for nervous system regulation, not a cosmetic product.

Dear Utah Representatives and Senators 🏔️

I am a constituent writing about predatory hard-selling by some Utah talent agencies.

Families sign multi-thousand-dollar service agreements on the spot, under emotional pressure.

When they cannot pay, the debt is sent to collections, damaging their credit.

One rating at a time.

I am attaching a short testimony from Mira, a Utah mom, asking for what Utah already requires in other consumer contracts: a conspicuous notice that you may cancel within a few business days.

We are asking for:

1. 48-hour cooling off to take contract home
2. Page-one disclosure of fees/duration/cancellation in plain language
3. Ban on credit reporting during dispute/cancellation window

Will you consider a bill or administrative rule through DCP to close this gap? I'm happy to testify.

Thank you for acting like the protective big brother Utah families need.

Linda

Por favor, les pido que me escuchen.

No estoy sola en la vida, solo estoy sola en esto.

Blue Study No. 9 — Mirror Mirror 🧚

Two bottles, face to face. One says you're pretty. The other says no, you are. I let them talk while I listen.

Blue Study No. 8 — Pocket Treasure 🪙

Estheticians used to carry extra cotton pads. I carry a pocket peptide. It doesn't do anything in there except make me smile.
