Honestly, the number of drops depends on you. Do you like strong and impactful aroma or just mild scent as your guests enter? Are you diffusing around little kids/pets or for yourself?

It also depends on which essential oil you use. Some essential oils are very light, which we call the top notes, and you will need a lot more drops of it. Some oils have stronger aroma and you just need a few drops to permeate a small room.

The size of room matters too. So as the diffuser you use.

In general, I will say use between 4-8 drops of essential oils in a common bedroom. Between 8-10 drops in the living areas.

I dunno how many of you need this effective natural solution. I’ve supported several friends who have had this issue and they are free from it once they make a habit to repeat a simple step before putting on their shoes everyday.

☘️ dilute Tea Tree with Fractionated Coconut Oil in a roller bottle. Roll on the toe nails and cuticles before wearing socks. If your nails are as serious as mine, add a drop of Lavender and do this twice a day.

As always, I warn against purchasing cheap “dōTERRA” on Shopee or Lazada or any other platforms. Please don’t even think about the chinese platforms… only purchase the authentic real ones from dōTERRA website. That’s the only place that sells the oils.
