Button nose to a defined structure.
Before, the nose had a rounded, button-like shape with a low bridge and little structure. The doctor and the client decided to build up the bridge and refine the tip so the nose has a clearer, more sculpted shape.
The bridge now gives the nose a cleaner line, and the tip is more defined instead of round. It’s a subtle change that gives the face better balance and a more polished look overall.
Photos taken right after surgery, so swelling is still there. The final shape settles over the coming months. Results vary.

A higher bridge and a more defined tip.
Before, the bridge sat low and the tip was rounded and soft. The doctor and the patient decided to build up the bridge and lift the tip using her own rib cartilage. From the side, there’s more height and projection. From the front, the nose looks slimmer and more defined.
