Our facial treatments include many steps, and the steps are performed continuously, one after another.

Unlike some other shops, where the therapist may apply a steamer or mask and then leave the customer lying down for 15–20 minutes, our therapists are required to work continuously throughout the treatment.

Each step is planned and timed carefully. If the therapist leaves the customer for 15–20 minutes between steps, there would not be enough time to complete all the treatment steps within the booked treatment duration.

That’s why our facials are more hands-on and therapist-intensive. The therapist needs to continuously perform the different steps to complete the full treatment properly within the allocated time.
