Join Remedy and NEH Perfumes for a half-day retreat centred around movement, self-care, connection and sensory wellbeing.
Begin with The Practice led by ThePractice_se , a grounding movement class to reconnect with your body, followed by a nourishing breakfast and face massage workshop with Dana Nel , sharing techniques for a relaxing at-home ritual and glowing skin.
Continue with The Pilates Sculpt led by Remedy founder —a dynamic full-body workout designed to build strength, mobility and energy.
The retreat ends with with NEH founder Tara Derakshan’s Scent & Sound Ceremony, blending sound healing, affirmations and intentional fragrances from the Altered States Collection to calm the nervous system and invite deep restoration.
