ALCO Aluminum Factory has been awarded the complete façade package for a new flagship healthcare development on 𝗞𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 by Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group. As part of this milestone, we have also been entrusted with the façade works for the 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 accompanying the development—another reflection of the confidence our client continues to place in our team.

Designed with the principles of 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, the development combines timeless architectural character with contemporary façade engineering.

ALCO Aluminum Factory has been entrusted by First Maal to deliver the complete aluminum and façade works package for this distinguished commercial and office development on King Khalid Road, Al Narjis, Riyadh.

Inspired by the principles of 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, the project celebrates the timeless dialogue between natural stone and glass, creating a refined business destination where heritage meets contemporary design.

At the heart of the development is 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟵,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗺² 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹, carefully engineered to complement the building's stone façade with expansive glazing, clean architectural lines, and the performance expected from a modern commercial landmark.

As comes to an end, it honestly felt less like an event and more like a reunion.
A series of valuable meetings paired with insightful conversations and meaningful catch-ups across the industry. It's simple reminder that 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲.

Masar_Plaza, the fourth project with 𝗔𝗹-𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲, and what makes it truly special is not the number, but the trust behind it. This client chose to work with us 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆, and that kind of confidence is earned, not claimed.

Located near 𝗔𝗹-𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗮, one of Riyadh’s most ambitious mega developments, Masar Plaza stands as a strong urban statement. The scale is generous, yet balanced. The curtain wall glazing opens the building to daylight, while the architectural louvers and canopies add depth, rhythm, and shade. Planters soften the geometry, giving the façade a refined, almost resort-like calm in the middle of the city.

Our scope covered 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲, along with 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 and entrance 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗲𝘀, all designed and executed to balance aesthetics, performance, and durability.
