Back from a little break to refill my cup and be in the best energy for life and work! 🏖☀️

A change of scenery, connecting with new people, and blessed moments to be present in the now.

I went away on a yoga retreat by Spazio Harmónico , so obviously there was yoga and relaxation on the itinerary 🧘‍♀️ Yet somehow I ended up getting coaxed into doing a couple of pre-sunrise runs (even without proper running shoes!) followed by the most gorgeous sunrise sea dips, and also organised a hot, happy afternoon exploring a bit of Cagliari by bike 🌊🚲🏃‍♀️

I guess sometimes a reset doesn’t look like doing nothing. It’s getting outside, moving your body in a different way, sleeping a little more (or a little less, in this case!), discovering somewhere new — and coming back feeling like yourself again 🤸‍♀️

I'm now feeling refreshed and very happy to be back in the studio! 💆‍♀️🙌

The rest of this week is already full, but if you haven't booked your next massage yet, I have availability from next week onwards.

P.S. Meanwhile, the studio got a fresh coat of paint and some other little updates. Leaving my comfort zone of neutral-coloured walls felt like a big leap! What do you think of the new shade? 🟢

This morning some of the teachers at Studio Fly Porto had a wonderful opportunity to work with Nik Nik Kristov and we enjoyed his patience, creativity and efficiency.

It's rare to be able to gather as many as four out of us six Fly yoga teachers in one room at the same time, so it was awesome to have the chance to catch up with one another and do some of the poses together.

The professional photos are coming soon, and from the previews we saw on the viewfinder, I'm sure they will be incredible!

People sometimes ask whether great massage therapists have a gift 🙌

I say Maybe.

I think a lot of it comes down to training, experience, listening, intention, energy and presence.

It's not just the techniques.

It's creating a space where someone can finally switch off.

It's paying attention to what they're saying... and what they're not saying.

It's being fully present with the person on the table 💆‍♀️

The hands matter.

But so does everything else ✅️
