To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for everyone, please take note of our appointment policies:

• Booking Fee: A ₱100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your slot. This will be deducted from your total bill.

• Nail Inspo: Kindly send us your nail inspiration and your current nail condition when booking.

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but beyond that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: Notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your booking fee.

• No Show: No-shows will result in the loss of your booking fee.
