One year ago, I unlocked the doors to this little studio with nothing but faith, big dreams, and a heart full of hope. 🥹🤍

Who would've thought that the girl who used to do home service, then slowly built a home-based studio, would one day be celebrating one year of renting her own nail studio?

Sometimes I still can't believe I'm living the dream I used to pray for. People only see the pretty nail sets, the cozy studio, and the achievements.

But what they don't see are the sleepless nights, the sacrifices, the tears, the self-doubt, the stress, and the countless times I wanted to give up.

This business wasn't built overnight. It was built with blood, sweat, prayers, and consistency.
I started doing nails while I was still in college. It was just a side hustle back then—something to help me earn my own money because I never wanted to depend on my partner for everything.

Then I graduated with a BSIT major in Programming, and honestly... choosing my career wasn't easy.

Should I follow the degree I worked so hard for?

Or should I follow the passion that kept calling me?

I chose passion.

And looking back today...

I know God chose this path for me long before I ever did.

My hobby became my profession.
My passion became my business.
My business became my dream come true. & for that, I'll always be grateful. 🤍

Being a business owner isn't as easy as it looks.

I'm the owner.
I'm the manager.
I'm the marketer.
I'm the receptionist.
I'm the content creator.
I'm the cleaner.
I'm the accountant.
I'm the customer service.
And of course... I'm the nail artist too. 🤣

The stress doesn't stop after closing hours. There are bills to pay, supplies to restock, clients to accommodate, content to make, taxes to think about, and so many responsibilities behind the scenes that people never get to see.

But despite everything...
I'd choose this life over and over again, because this business changed my life.

And while I'm celebrating this milestone, I also want to give appreciation to someone who's been there since Day 1.
Behind every achievement is a man who never got tired of supporting me.

My partner.

This video isn't just another random video.
If you watch closely, you'll see him doing a foot spa. 😂

For those who don't know...
He's actually a motorcycle mechanic.
(Change career yarn? 🤣)
But whenever I need help, he never says no.

He'll leave his comfort zone just to help me. He'll learn things he's never done before just to make my work lighter.

That's love.

No, we're not a perfect couple.
We've had misunderstandings.
We've faced challenges.
We've had moments where life tested us.
But every single day, we continue to choose each other.
We choose to stay.
We choose to support each other's dreams.
We choose to be grateful for every blessing God gives us.

Thank you, love.
Thank you for always believing in me, even during the days when I doubted myself.

And of course, thank you to my family, who never stopped supporting me from the very beginning.
