• Sen. B**g Go, pinangunahan ang panalangin: Grant us wisdom to discern what is right, courage to uphold the truth, fairness in every judgement we make
• Defense, ipinagpatuloy ang cross-examination kay National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) regional director Atty. Jeremy Lotoc
• Defense Counsel Mark Vinluan: Do you know for sure that VP Sara’s statements in that presscon (November 2024) happened in real life? Prosecution Counsel Ligutan: The witness is incompetent to answer
• Ligutan sa Defense: They are presenting a video with anecdotes without laying basis where this video came from, they are confronting the witness by presenting their own annotated video like a props! Highly irregular!
• Vinluan, tinanong si Lotoc kung inimbestigahan ng NBI ang umano’y banta kay VP Sara; Lotoc, sinabing hindi nila ito inimbestigahan dahil hindi naman dumalo si VP Sara sa NBI probe
• Vinluan: Even if VP Sara said that she talked to a person (regarding alleged threat to PBBM's life), we cannot confirm the truth because the witness has no personal knowledge; Ligutan: The Defense is entitled to their own imagination
• Defense, ipinalabas ang snippets ng November 2024 presscon ni VP Sara; Escudero: The witness is incompetent to answer the truth to VP Sara's statements; He can only testify that those statements were made
• Lotoc: We do believe that the VP has contracted based on evidence gathered, but no personal knowledge
• Sen. Raffy Tulfo, Lotoc: Davao City Mayor Baste Duterte’, unang nagbanggit ng Romanov”; Defense: “Operation Romanov,” nabanggit ng vlogger na si “Princess Maui” sa November 2024 presscon; Lotoc, sinabing hindi umano reliable ang impormasyon ni “Princess Maui”
• Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano, dinepensahan ang “Romanov” statement ni Mayor Baste Duterte sa isang rally: We should not draw a conclusion here that Mayor Baste was threatening the First Family; We have to be fair to the First Family, we have to be fair also to Mayor Baste and the Dutertes
• Sen. Pia Cayetano, tinanong si Lotoc kung paano nila binibigyan ng kahulugan ang grave threats; Lotoc, sinabing nakabase ito kung sinabi ng isang tao ang pahayag at kung paano ito sinabi
• Ano ang pagkakaiba ng warning at threat? Lotoc: A warning is, maybe there is what we call an event-based condition. “‘Pag inulit mo ito, ito ang gagawin ko sa’yo.” […] Ang threat, with a condition, puwede siyang mag-fall nang ganoon, “‘Pag ginawa mo ito, ito ang gagawin sa iyo, papatayin ang pamilya mo.”
• Padilla, kinuwestiyon ang assignment ni Lotoc sa NBI BARMM: Dapat may basic knowledge sa Islam
• Ligutan, nagsagawa ng redirect examination kay Lotoc
• Ligutan: She (VP Sara) betrayed public trust? Lotoc: Yes, your honor.
• Ligutan: If the President is killed, who assumes the presidency? Lotoc: The Vice President
• Atty. Zuleika Lopez, Capt. Belinda Bello, hindi na isasalang bilang Prosecution witnesses
• Hiling na subpoena sa bank, tax records ni VP Sara, tatalakayin bukas
