We are looking for a Salon Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role manages appointments, handles client inquiries, processes payments, and supports the daily operations of the salon to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and attended to
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and walk-in clients
- Answer phone calls, messages, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide information about salon services, pricing, promotions, and products
- Maintain an organized front desk area and client records
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle basic cash transactions
- Coordinate with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timing
- Handle client concerns or complaints politely and escalate when necessary
- Monitor and restock front desk supplies and retail products
- Assist in promoting salon services through bookings and upselling when appropriate
