Story to tell:
Before i thought eating an egg is the cause of high cholesterol especially when you eat the egg yolk. So everytime i eat an egg i only eat the white. But now when i became a low carber i understood that eating eggs of not only 1 but more than 1 is safe and healthy. On being high cholesterol it is a myth. The fact is you can eat as many as you can without being scared or worrying of getting high in cholesterol. 3 years ago i started to eat eggs as part of my main meal, and usually pair it with my other food.

My snack before starting mg fast. Avocado ice cream and chicken feet broth and 2 boiled eggs.
Doing this as a 3x a week makes my muscles very very happy..

My lunch. Fried boneless bangus, 3 boiled eggs, 2 pcs tortang talong and a glass of lemon water with chia seeds and black shiritaki rice half cup only...

My lunch after 19 hours of fasting consists of scramble eggs, boiled eggs and pork with bell peppers and cheese..happy tummy.. happy lunch...
One of my favorite variants of the way eggs cooked. It's delicious and tasty with a little bit sour because of tomatoes. Annd i love the taste.
