Over the past week, we noticed an unusually high number of returned parcels. At the same time, we began receiving emails and messages from customers asking for updates on their orders after waiting much longer than expected for their packages.

After reviewing the returned parcels and investigating the situation, we discovered that some packages had been marked as “Returned” without any delivery attempt being made. This means some customers did not receive a call, text, or delivery attempt before their orders were returned.

Because of this, we made the decision to temporarily pause our deliveries last week so we could thoroughly review all returned parcels, identify affected orders, and prevent the same issue from happening to other customers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

To resolve this, we’ve been reviewing every returned parcel one by one and are in the process of transitioning to a more reliable courier partner to provide a better delivery experience moving forward.

This week, we’ll be prioritizing all pending deliveries to ensure affected orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

If you placed an order through our website and:

* Your tracking status shows “Returned”
* You did not receive any call, text, or delivery attempt
* You’re still waiting for your package
