Thank you for your understanding, clients! It’s been a real challenge doing custom lash services recently because of the unpredictable weather. On top of that, booking cars has been difficult, so we’re choosing not to risk it. We’ve been stuck in traffic for over 4 hours before, and I also have a night shift to get to afterward. A client came in today wearing a set from another artist, just hours old stinging and in pain.

The problem: lashes weren’t isolated properly and glue was touching the skin at the lash line. Extensions should never bond to skin and that’s what causes irritation.

Isolate every lash. Keep glue off the skin. Believe your client when it hurts. A set should never burn.

Comfort first. Always. ✨
