Anything na sobra ay hindi nakakaganda. But don’t worry, dahil kapag feeling mo kailangan mong mag exfoliate/rejuvenate pwede mo din namang gamitin ulit! Wag lang tuloy tuloy.

𝙎𝙃𝙊𝙍𝙏 𝙏𝙀𝙍𝙈 𝙐𝙎𝘼𝙂𝙀 - These are products with a high level of strong actives and chemical acids. Pang-treatmenent sila and should not be used for more than 2 months maximum. As much as we want to maintain yung maganda at instant na effect niya, improper use of product can result to more issues.

"Kapag gumagamit ako ng rejuvenating set or exfoliating kit ang pinaka ayaw ko yung 1st two weeks of using it. Di ko alam anong tamang term pero “downtime” yata yun.

Sa 1st two weeks:
• May dryness lalo na around the mouth kaya iniiwasan kong malagyan ng toothpaste yung palibot ng bibig ko.

• Sting effect lalo na kapag nag lalagay ng toner. Kaya as much as possible dampi dampi lang talaga. Hindi rin ako nag to-toner sa neck. Madalas nakatutok ako sa fan / aircon kapag nag a-apply ng product, Haha! Funny man pero ayun yung isa sa paraan para mabawasan ang sting effect. Kapag hindi tolerable for you yung sting niya, Pwede mong i-lessen yung toner, pwede every other day hanggang keri mo na ulit mag araw araw.

• Redness / Darkness. Normal ito kapag ang product may chemical acids (AHA/BHA)

• Slight itchyness lalo na kapag may peeling / micropeeling. Iwasan kamutin. Iwasan din balatan dahil kusang maalis yan. Minsan sasama sa paghihilamos, minsan naman sa pag to-toner.

Mas sensitive ang skin natin kapag nasa exfoliating process kaya please...

• Iwasan nating gumamit o sabayan ng kahit anong products.
• Iwasan din munang mag shave ng bigote (kung meron man! wax/thread ng kilay.
• Iwasan din natin yung mga facial devices lalo na yung nauusong mga slimming.
• Palaging mag apply ng SUNSCREEN. Yung moisturizing cream natin may SPF 30. Pwede niyo siyang ire-apply every 2-3 hours lalo na kung exposed kayo sa init! 🤗

Peeling always depends on your skin type. Normally kapag oily skin, Hindi raw talaga masyadong nagpipeel. Isa pang factor kapag madalas ka ng gumamit ng mga exfoliating/rejuvenating products. Kaya dapat may interval talaga. ❤️
