🚨 ReLink Open Beta — Version 1.2.31 (Build 64) is now available!

Built on the spirit of bayanihan, ReLink helps people request and coordinate non-life-threatening community assistance through a location-aware mobile app.

What you can do:
- ✅ Send help requests with your location, emergency details, and supporting evidence
- ✅ View nearby active requests and approved reports across a selected city or area
- ✅ Keep distant reports visible for awareness while help actions remain safely range-limited
- ✅ Coordinate with verified local responders or eligible community members
- ✅ Use timelines, chat, consent-based contact sharing, community offers, and completion proof
- ✅ Receive separate emergency and community-help notifications with sound controls
- ✅ Track response progress, responder actions, and request status
- ✅ Use current-location and wider city map views
- ✅ Download a verified, signed, and obfuscated Android APK

📍 ReLink can be downloaded and used outside Olongapo City. However, Olongapo remains the current testing and local-responder coverage area. Outside that area, available help depends on participating users, verified responders, internet access, GPS accuracy, and local conditions.
