This quote is really powerful! I think it beautifully captures the power of determination, discipline and consistency.

Success is not always about being the most talented or the fastest. Sometimes, it is simply about having the determination to stay on the journey when others choose to stop.

Keep showing up. Keep moving forward. Keep going.

Consistency turns determination into results.

We are taught to be nice to everyone, but true emotional intelligence is about calibration. Don't be so humble that people walk all over you. Don't be so rude that you become the villain. The secret is to treat people exactly according to their attitude. Give respect to those who earn it, and give distance to those who don't. HINDI PA SIYA MAGPAPAALAM! 🥊🔥

JUST IN: Olympic silver medalist Carlo Paalam is off to the gold medal match in the men’s 55kg class at the 20th Asian Games after beating Kazakhstan’s world champion Makhmud Sabyrkhan via a 3-2 split decision in the semifinals.

Paalam is the lone Filipino boxer left in the competition.

A victory in the final would also end the Philippines’ 16-year wait for an Asian Games boxing gold medal.

ONE MORE FIGHT, CARLO! 👊
