This was my first Jasmine Jinhee novel, and I enjoyed reading it.
Page turner and highly recommended if you are a fan of historical k-drama.
At first I was hesitant to continue because of the miscommunication trope, but the author has written it well that it didn't bother me so much.
It also gave me Solo Leveling vibes (when the husband needs to complete tasks assigned to him).

It was a wonderful read for me.

I went quiet here for a week because of a health scare. Thank God for our HMO that covered the bills, and even more thankful it wasn’t what I feared. 🙏
There were tears, but I chose to trust God and His plans — and He carried me through. ❤️🥹

Anyway, can't wait for August!
