Former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque claimed on Sunday that the International Criminal Court (ICC) has already issued an arrest warrant against Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, warning the lawmaker not to allow himself to be taken out of the country.

“Sen. Bato, your warrant of arrest is out! Hwag ka pa-kidnap! Insist that you have the right to be brought before a Philippine court first!” Roque wrote in a Facebook post on Sunday, Dec. 7.
