Sandra Bland was a 28-year-old African American woman who was found hanged in a jail cell in Waller County, Texas, on July 13, 2015, three days after being arrested during a pretextual traffic stop. Her death was ruled a su***de. It was followed by protests against her arrest, disputing the cause of death, and the racial violence against her.

Reborn Hair Essentials has created a new soft pink square bonnet for our summer collection, but we are dedicating this beautiful 100% satin bonnet and v scarf to this young black woman who lost her life due to racial injustice and police brutality. Her name will not be forgotten .

10% of all proceeds from our summer collection will be donated to the Cincinnati Bailout Fund to ensure people who were on the frontlines for Black people are heard because the fight must continue.

LaVena Johnson, 19 years old, was found dead in her tent in iraq in 2005. She has a broken nose, black eye, loose teeth, burns from a corrosive chemical on her genitalsto cover evidence of r**e, and a gunshot wound. The United States ruled her death a su***de, but that is not enough.
