On 200900 September 2026, COL MARIA VICTORIA I BLANCAFLOR MNSA (ARM) PA, Group Commander, NCRRCDG, RESCOM, PA, together with COL ALVIN S ASPIRAS ART (GSC) PA, Commandant, CMU ROTC Unit, and the ROTC Training Staff, conducted a courtesy call on Dr. GLEN DV. DE LEON, CPA, University President, City of Malabon University, and DR. PORFIRIO R CATOLICO JR., NSTP Director, at the Office of the University President, CMU, Pampano Corner, Maya-maya St., Brgy. Longos, Malabon City. The activity focused on strengthening coordination and cooperation in the effective implementation of the ROTC Program.

On 201000 September 2026, COL MARIA VICTORIA I. BLANCAFLOR MNSA (ARM) PA, Group Commander, NCRRCDG, RESCOM, PA, conducted a visit and Talk to the ROTC Cadets of the CMU ROTC Unit and DMCFI Affiliated ROTC Unit at the CMU Grounds, and started with the mass singing of National Anthem and Invocation by C/MAJ ALJUN JOSEPH O MARTIN 2CL.The NSTP Director, DR. PORFIRIO R CATOLICO JR started with the welcoming remarks. Subsequently, the CMU ROTCU Commandant, COL ALVIN S ASPIRAS ART (GSC) PA, presented and introduction to the keynote speaker, COL MARIA VICTORIA I BLANCAFLOR MNSA (ARM) PA, Group Commander, NCRRCDG, RESCOM, PA, delivered her inspiring message in connection with ROTC. Also in attendance were the NSTP Director, NSTP Coordinator, ROTC Training Staff, and GMAs of the CMU ROTC Unit and DMCFI Affiliated ROTC Unit. The activity focused on guidance, motivation, discipline, and leadership among the ROTC Cadets.
The said event ended with the mass singing of CMU HYMN, Pilipinas kong Mahal, and Awit Kawal, and immediately followed with the photo ops to formally end the said event at around 1120H.

At around 1130H, the cadets together with the cadet officers of CMU ROTCU and DMFCI ROTCU performed Drills and Ceremonies at the CMU Grounds. The training day ended at exactly 1200H with no problems encountered

Drills and Ceremonies | Rule of Law

The City of Malabon University ROTC Unit, under the leadership of COL ALVIN S ASPIRAS ART (GSC) PA, Commandant, successfully conducted its 4th Training Day for Military Science 1 at the CMU Campus, Malabon City.

The training commenced with battalion formation, accounting, and attendance checking, followed by Drills and Ceremonies 1, where cadets demonstrated basic facing movements and commands under the supervision of the Training Staff and Cadet Officers.
At 0950H, cadets proceeded to their respective classrooms for the Rule of Law lecture, emphasizing discipline, integrity, ethical leadership, and respect for lawful authority.
The activity concluded with a final briefing in preparation for the next training day. Cadets were dismissed at 1200H, with no untoward incident reported.

Through continuous training and disciplined instruction, the CMU ROTC Unit remains committed to developing responsible, capable, and service-oriented future leaders dedicated to duty, honor, and country.

The Reserve Force Development, Armed Force of the Philippines, OJ9 Conducted its 47th National Resirvist Week Culmination Ceremony. With Secretary of National Defense Gilberto C. Teodoro Jr. served as Guest of Honor and Speaker, following with his speech in regards of the theme "Laang Kawal: Sandigan ng Bayan sa Kapayapaan, Kaunlaran at Katatagan", highlighting on centered nationwide advocacy campaigns, capability showcases, and official recognition of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Reserve Force.

On 060700 September 2026, the City of Malabon University ROTC Unit, under the guidance of Ms. Krisha Reeva D. Caisio RCrim, conducted its 3rd training day for Military Science 1, held at Pampano Corner, Maya-maya St., Brgy Longos, Malabon City.

Members of the ROTC Training Staff, together with the Graduate Military Assistant (GMA) and Cadet Officers are led to organized the MS-1 students to occupy the Erc Building attendance checking.

At 0720H, Ms. Krisha Reeva D. Caisio RCrim instructed the Cadet Officers to shift the Training day to an Online Modality Starting at 1300H

Subsequently, at 0730H, the ROTC Cadets were instructed to go home and prepare for the Online Class using Zoom due to a cancelation of the Training Day.
