Dr. Ram is an award-winning, International Board-Certified in Anti-Aging Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine, recognized as Top Physician at the Silk Awards 2026. He consistently ranked among the Top 10 of his class from second to fourth year of high school. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from De La Salle University–Dasmariñas, where he served as Vice President of Vibrant Beat under the Council of Student Organizations. He then obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from Far Eastern University – Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (FEU-NRMF) and passed the Physician Licensure Examination to become a licensed physician.
He completed certification training in Skin Medicine under Galderma and is a Diplomate and Fellow of the Aesthetic Medicine Institute of the Philippines, Inc. He is also a Full Fellow and CME International of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic and Age Management Medicine, Inc. In addition, he attended the International Master Course in Aging Science in Paris, France. He is an International Board-Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine through the International Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (IBARM) of the European Wellness Biomedical Group. He has also completed extensive clinical dermatology training at the National Skin Centre, Singapore.
Dr. Ram previously served as a Resident Physician at The Zen Institute and Vietura Lifestyle Aesthetic Center. He currently leads four clinics: The Embellir Institute in Parañaque, RB Elixir at Centuria Medical Makati, RB Elixir: A Medical Spa in Alabang, and RB Elixir Clinic in Quezon City. Through these practices, he continues to provide evidence-based aesthetic treatments while advancing excellence in aesthetic, regenerative, and anti-aging medicine.

Meet Doctora RB, Dr. Rina Bernal, our newest Medical Director. 💖
Dra. Rina Grace T. Bernal-Tan is a certified aesthetic skin expert and the current Medical Director of RB Elixir Clinic.
Known for her academic excellence and dedication to the medical profession, she graduated as Valedictorian of her high school class before earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of the Philippines.
She then pursued her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERM). After completing her degree, she underwent her postgraduate internship at the East Avenue Medical Center and successfully passed the Physician Licensure Examination, officially becoming a licensed physician.
Her passion for aesthetic medicine led her to undergo specialized certificate training at the Aesthetic Medicine Institute of the Philippines, Inc. She is also an Associate Member of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic and Age Management Medicine, Inc., further solidifying her expertise in the field. Dra. Rina honed her skills as a resident trainee at The Embellir Institute, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in advanced aesthetic procedures.
Today, she stands at the helm of RB Elixir Group of Clinics as its Medical Director, a role that reflects both her professional growth and leadership. Working in close partnership with her cousin, Dr. Ram, she combines medical excellence with entrepreneurial vision to deliver world-class aesthetic and wellness services. Together, they are committed to providing safe, effective, and innovative treatments to both Filipino and international patients, ensuring that RB Elixir Clinic remains a trusted name in aesthetic care.
