📍 Cause: Transboundary smoke from forest & peatland fires in Kalimantan & Sumatra, Indonesia, carried by the Habagat (southwest monsoon) winds

⚠️ Air Quality:

- Calinan Station, Davao City: AQI 173.75 → "Very Unhealthy" (PM2.5) as of Sept 9
- Elevated since Aug 30 — still persisting
- Malita & Tagum: Fair

😷 Health Advisory:

- ✅ Wear N95 mask outdoors
- ✅ Limit long exposure outside — especially children, elders, pregnant, and those with lung/heart conditions
- ✅ Drink plenty of water
- ✅ Shower & change clothes after coming home
- ✅ No cases recorded so far, but stay alert

💡 Reflection:
The farmer's life is more than just planting and harvesting — it is a life woven with hope, prayer, and trust in God. In every seed sown, there is prayer; in every drop of sweat, there is labor; and in every harvest, there is gratitude to God alone who gives the growth. The fields may be hot, the work tiring, and the seasons slow — but with each new morning, God renews our strength and hope. The farmer's life is a life close to the earth, and therefore close to God. 🙏
