Novice Mixed Category:

Game rules:

Elimination- Bracket Round Robin, Each game will be race to 11. At 10 all, sudden death will take effect. To break a standing tie, win over the other takes effect, for triple tie, score differential takes effect.

Quarterfinals- Top 2 of each bracket during the elimination round will qualify for the quarterfinal matches. Each game will be race to 11, single elimination. At 10 all, sudden death will take effect.

Semi-finals, Fight for third, and Finals- Winners of the quarterfinals will qualify for the next round. Each game will be race to 15, single elimination. At 14 all, slide 2 will take effect, at 15 all sudden death will take effect.

Important Notice:

For Novice Mixed Category, Guidelines are adjusted to no history as champion in beginners category in any open tournament, and no podium on intermediate or any higher category.

Tennis background limited to class B- or below are accepted. High tennis background, class B+ or above are not accepted.

All games will be played tomorrow, July 23, 2026. Tournament starts at 6pm. please be on time.

Brackets for round robin and game schedule will be posted tomorrow. Players are expected to be at the venue before 6pm.

No Refund Policy

1. All registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

Registration Transfer Policy

1. Registered participants may transfer their slot to another eligible player up to three (3) days before the tournament.

2. Organizers must be notified of the transfer and provided with the complete details of the replacement player on or before the transfer deadline.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

Novice Category (Men & Women)

* Players must not have placed on the podium in the Beginner category or any higher category in previous open tournaments.

* Players who have placed on the podium in the Novice category are eligible.

*Players must not have high racket sports experience prior to pickleball.

Advanced Beginner Category (Men & Women)

* Players must not have placed on the podium in the Intermediate category or any higher category in previous open tournaments.

* Players who have placed on the podium in the Beginner category are eligible.

Fair Play Reminder

We will provide a 1 day protest period. Please register in good faith and be honest in assessing your current skill level. Our goal is to ensure fair and enjoyable competition for everyone.
