This is more than a receptionist role. Your main goal will be to manage leads, build relationships with clients, generate bookings, and help bring clients into the clinic. 🎯

Follow up with new leads from phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Viber, and other channels.

Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate basic information about our treatments, services, prices, and promotions.

Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed appointments and help clients choose the appropriate service and branch.

Contact previous and inactive clients and encourage them to return to Jamila Aesthetics for their next treatment.

Follow up with booked clients, confirm appointments, answer questions, and help reduce cancellations and no-shows.

Inform clients about relevant promotions and treatments and generate additional bookings and repeat visits.
