Since 2021, my life has been a journey filled with numerous challenges that left my heart and spirit shattered in various ways. In those difficult times, I have no specific goals in mind other than to survive each day. Reflecting on this journey, I take immense pride in overcoming those obstacles. While my life may not be at its peak right now, it's undoubtedly in a better place, discovering the strength and resilience I never knew I possessed.

This year is not about drifting through time but about realizing my purpose. It will be a commitment to learning, evolving, and savoring every nuance of life. I am intentionally crafting a life that reflects my truest self.

After a day of class and practice, my mat gets filled with sweat. And of course cleaning it is a must!

There’s a lot of yoga mat cleaners I can easily buy in the store but most of them are filled with synthetic chemicals like artificial fragrances and other toxic ingredients. 🤮😷 Of course I dont want to put my face on a surface which has those harmful chemicals.

So I just do my own cleaner spray with Young Living’s Thieves Household cleaner. It’s a pure plant-based cleaner infused with essential oils such as Lemon, Clove, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalytus Radiata and Rosemary.

How do I do it? Omg! You can’t believe how simple it is to make.

1. Prepare a 500ml trigger glass spray.
2. Fill it with water until the bottom of bottle neck.
3. Get the Thieves Household cleaner and fill the cap. Yes the cap. I think that’s around 1 ounce.
4. Pour it in the bottle. Put back the trigger spray.

And that’s it!!!!

It just takes no more than 5 minutes to do! So simple yet so effective and gentle on the skin. And in the nose too.

You can also use the same in cleaning the floor, table, windows, oven and other surfaces. This is the same cleaner I use to wipe the floor of .yoga studio. Yes that’s how versatile it is. It can literally replace any cleaners you buy at home. It is so practical and economical!

As a Yoga teacher, one of my worst enemy is sore throat. I remember last month, I had the worst sore throat I ever had. It was soo hard to speak I had to put off my classes for a few days. Thankfully, I still have remaining thieves menthol drops which was really helpful and provided me relief. However, my stocks were so limited I consumed it all.

Thankfully, it’s back on stock now! I can restock now. I need this! We all need this! It’s way sooooo much better than the lozenges we can buy in the stores.
