But it actually is.
The home they grow up in.
Who they are around.
How people speak around them.
If someone's in a bad mood around them.
The relationships they watch.
The way love is expressed.
The way conflict is handled.
It all matters. It's all a big deal.
Because we aren't just "raising children"
We are forming adults and how they view the world. How they define love, and what their home will mean to them someday. 🤍

Sooo lucky Hopie has her Mommy Hemi (Herminia) and Mamila Pinky 💞
Rich in life because I never had to ask my mom to be a grandma.
I never had to remind her to call.
Never had to ask her to come around.
Never had to wonder if my child mattered enough for her to show up.
She just did.
She shows up on the big days,
but more importantly, she shows up on the ordinary ones.
The random visits.
The little treats because she saw something my child would love.
Knowing their favorite things.
Always having open arms waiting for them.
I never had to beg for her presence.
She never made loving my child feel like an obligation or a favor.
She simply became the grandma every child deserves to have.
And because of her, my child will never have to wonder,
“Does Grandma want to see me?”
They’ll already know.
Because when someone loves your babies loudly, consistently, and without needing to be asked…
that’s a kind of rich money could never buy.
Awa nalang anak, sa dami ng pinahid at pampabango ko sayo, maya maya lang malagkit ka pa sa kalamay 😩🫠😂 Toddler life nga naman! 😅

Whenever I see posts saying, “Minsan, yung hindi mo pa kakilala o kamag-anak, sila pa yung susuporta sa’yo,” I always think about how lucky I am because the genuine people around me have always been so supportive of me, my family, and the things I want to do in life.
Never ko naramdaman na nonsense or basura lang yung mga visions and goals ko. Instead, I’m always met with encouraging words, motivational messages, and people who genuinely believe in me. And honestly, those little messages keep me going more than they probably realize.
Sobrang pili ko sa mga pinakikisamahan ko, especially when it comes to friendships. But looking at the people I have around me now, I can really say na it’s all worth it. Kasi yung mga pinapapasok ko sa buhay ko are people I know are genuinely good for my mentality, my growth, and my peace.
It really makes sense why people say not to settle for less, especially when it comes to the people you allow into your life. You don’t need a lot of people around you, you just need the right ones. Quality will always be better than quantity. 🤍
I hope she grows up knowing she doesn’t have to please everyone to be loved.
May she keep her gentle heart without carrying the weight of the world.
May she dream without fear, rest without guilt, and choose herself without apology.
I’m not raising her to be perfect.
I’m raising her to know who she is. 🤍
