❗️Job Responsibilities
1. Hairstylist
✅Provide expert hair services including precision cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, and specialized hair smoothing/restorative treatments (Nanoplasty, Keratin, and Protein treatments).
✅Assess client hair structure and consult on customized treatments and maintenance routines.
✅Maintain high standards of sanitation and tool maintenance.
2. All-Around Beautician
✅Deliver versatile salon services including hair blow-drys, basic styling and treatments, brow threading, facial waxing, facials, and basic makeup services.
✅Deliver exceptional client care to ensure a relaxing and welcoming experience.
✅Assist with overall salon cleanliness and daily opening/closing procedures.
3. Nail Technician
✅Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including regular polish, gel polish, extensions, and nail art.
✅Provide hand/foot spa treatments, scrub routines, and nail care maintenance.
✅Ensure strict sanitation and sterilization of all nail care tools and equipment before and after each client.
✅Qualifications:
❗️Previous hands-on experience in a salon setting in your respective role.
❗️Strong skills in modern techniques, trend awareness, and product knowledge.
❗️Professional, polite, and strong customer relation skills.
❗️Reliable, punctual, and clean work ethic with attention to hygiene and safety.
❗️TESDA certification or formal training in salon services/nail care is a strong plus.
