There’s actually more happening behind every RMG Perfume than what you see on the finished product.

After compounding, we give each batch a 24-hour resting period before it proceeds to filling.

Then hindi pa din dun natatapos.

After filling, the bottles undergo a 24-hour leak test. Once passed, Tsaka sila magpo-proceed sa labeling and barcoding followed by another 24-hour leak test before final QC.

Why do we take these extra steps?

Because when you’re producing perfume at scale, consistency and quality control cannot be rushed.

Madaling makita yung magandang bottle, label at finished product.

But what customers don’t usually see are the hours of checking, waiting, testing and documentation happening behind it.

And for us, that’s where quality actually begins.

Nag-check ako ng shots from our product shoot last Friday, and habang tinitingnan ko isa-isa, bigla kong naalala kung paano kami nagsimula.

Dati, DIY lang lahat. Kung anong props ang meron, kung anong setup ang kaya, I used to do everything myself. From thinking of the concept, finding whatever props I could use, setting everything up, to taking the actual product photos.

Ngayon, nakakatuwa na may budget na tayo to execute the concepts we actually want. We can plan the peg, build the set and give our products the kind of visuals we’ve always envisioned for the brand. 🥹

Then kanina, habang dumadaan kami, nakita ko yung campaign ng Jo Malone. Napangiti ako because the creative direction reminded me of one of the pegs we recently did for AngelSky. 😊

Not because I’m comparing where we are to a global brand, but because moments like this remind me how much our own creative standards have grown.

Minsan Kase, sa sobrang focus natin sa kung ano pa ang kulang at kung gaano pa kalayo ang gusto nating marating, nakakalimutan nating tingnan kung gaano na rin kalayo ang pinanggalingan natin.

From “kung ano lang ang kaya natin”
to “ito yung vision natin let’s make it happen.” ✨

Small thing for some, but for someone who has watched this brand grow from the ground up, this means a lot. 🙌🏻💪🏻
