PRAYER FOR OUR CHILDREN IN THIS ERA


Our Almighty Yahweh, we plead for our children.
Violence amongst them is rampant. Online influence is very strong and uncontrollable. Evil ones are weaponizing the online platform against our little ones. Children are killing other children. We cry out for the redemption and protection of our children.

God, we declare that the Lord will keep them from all harm—YOU will watch over their life; the Lord will watch over their coming and going both now and forevermore. (PS 121:7-8)
May our children be covered with your divine protection and kept away from harm and danger.

Heavenly Father, we declare that our children will think and entertain only the things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable—everything that is excellent or praiseworthy (EPHESIANS 4:8). Pour out your Holy Spirit to empower them to do the things that can glorify you.

We renounce and cancel the plan and work of Satan to distort their minds and cause them to act violently. We rebuke all negative shows, videos, games, or any other damaging tools that are present on online platforms. Please destroy these, delete and dissolve them through your mighty ways.
Please break down all and every plan of Satan to inflict harm and pain on our children-- physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Cover our children with the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. Please grant them peace that passes all understanding.
Let them be overcome by your agape love.
Let them be encouraged, inspired, and build their self-esteem in their identity as your wonderful creation.

We declare our children will not conform to the pattern of this world, but will be transformed by the renewing of their minds. Then they will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. (ROMANS 12:2)

We request that you send people of peace to support them, guide them, reach out, pray with them, evangelize, and disciple them.

WE decree that they will be able to stand their ground.
They will stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around their waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with their feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. They will take up the shield of faith, with which they can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. They will take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
May they be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.
They will put on the full armor of God, so that they can take their stand against the devil’s schemes. For their struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (EPHESIANS 6:10-18)

Holy Spirit, grant us, parents, the peace and confidence, for we know whom we have believed, and are convinced that YOU can guard until that day our children that have been entrusted to us. (2 TIMOTHY 1:12)

We humbly pray this in the powerful name of YOUR SON JESUS CHRIST, our Lord and Savior.
