We understand that schedule changes can happen. However, as our therapists travel to your location, we must implement a policy to cover their transportation expenses and the holding of their time slot.

A cancellation fee of ₱200 will be applied to cover these transportation and booking inconvenience costs if the appointment is cancelled after confirmation.
