2024 vs 2026. 🏃‍♀️✨ Sabi ng iba, “Active ka lang kaya ka pumayat.” Pero ang hindi nila alam, matagal na talaga akong active—running, gym, Pilates, yoga. Ito ang pahinga ko sa pressure ng work, business, at family.

So ano talaga ang nagbago? For me, peptide was the key. Nakakatakot at first, especially noong hindi pa siya common dito sa Pilipinas, pero with proper guidance and monitoring from our doctor, mas kampante ako. Dahil my mom passed away from diabetic complications, mas naging conscious din ako about my metabolic health. Prevention and awareness became very important to me.

Peptide helped me a lot in reaching my goal when it comes to my physical appearance, but what it did for me was more than that. It became a tool that helped me support the lifestyle I was already working hard for. Pero tandaan, peptide is only a tool. Hindi nito mapapalitan ang discipline, consistency, at willingness mong gawin ang kailangan para makuha ang result na gusto mo. Without determination, kahit anong tulong pa ang gamitin mo, masasayang din.

Hindi ko akalain na after giving birth, makakabalik pa ako sa weight and body na comfortable at happy ako. 🤍 Alagang Touch & Glow.
