FOOD SANITATION, FOOD SERVICE, AND FOOD COSTING TRAINING 🍽️📚

The Cebu Provincial Tourism Office successfully conducted the Food Sanitation, Food Service, and Food Costing Training on July 22–23, 2026, held at the Atabay Alcoy Gymnasium.

The training was attended by Mayor Jose Eugenio Singson Jr., together with Sangguniang Bayan Members Hon. Guia Romarate and Hon. Ascher Medel, demonstrating their continued support for capacity-building initiatives that promote food safety, quality service, and sustainable tourism development in the Municipality of Alcoy.

This initiative aims to strengthen the knowledge and skills of local tourism stakeholders and food service providers, ensuring better standards in food sanitation, service, and business management.
