Home-Care Myth Vs Fact For Lash Lift/Tint.

Myth: After getting a lash lift and tint, it's crucial to keep your lashes dry and avoid exposure to steam for the initial 24 to 48 hours. This allows the lifted and tinted lashes to set properly, ensuring long-lasting results. Water, moisture, or steam can compromise the effectiveness of the treatment during this crucial setting period. So, skip the hot showers and swimming for a day or two to maximize the longevity of your beautifully lifted and tinted lashes.

Fact: A lash lift is a chemical process that changes the internal chemical make up of lashes permanently. No amount of water, heat or steam can remove. A lash lift bonds are broken down chemically so the need to avoid water and steam is not necessary. A lift that seems to disappear after 24 hours is caused usually because the solutions are not left on long enough so the chemical change doesn’t occur.
